Just fasten the tracker to the collar of your pet. Pair the tracker with your phone, download the "iSearching" app, and you're ready to go. The software lets you create safe zones, follow your pet's whereabouts in real time, and utilize the 'Find My Pet' feature to see if your pet is close by. If your pet exits the secure area, you'll be notified via your phone.

We offer 30-Day Returns from the delivery date for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, the item must generally be unused, unassembled, in its original packaging, and returned with all parts, hardware, manuals, accessories, and included components. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for personal reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item. Coldesk will assist with resolution for damaged items, wrong items, or verified product defects.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the authorized return is received and inspected.
Important: Do not send returns to our business address or to the manufacturer without contacting us first. If your return is authorized, we will provide return instructions and the designated return address.
